SUBMISSIONS

• Submissions will be accepted from any RASC St. John's Centre member

• Submissions timeline: January 1 to March 31, 2025

• Images submitted must have been captured between January 1st, 2024 to the end of the
submission date (March 31st, 2025)

• Images submitted in previous years are invalid for present or future contest submissions

• 4 Categories

     • Solar System

     • Deep Sky

     • Landscape

     • Sketching

• Submit images to photos@stjohnsrasc.ca– Subject Line
“2025 Astro-Imaging Contest Submission”

• Submit images in .jpg format

• Maximum of three images per category per person

• Include the following Info with each image submitted:

    • Your Name and the Name of Object captured

    • Date of Image

    • Integration time (if DSO)

    • Equipment used (camera, mount)

    • Processing software used

• Image Size Limit of 20MB

• Judging will take place in May with awards being presented at the June 2025 meeting

• Judging will be via online poll amongst RASC SJC Members

• Awards TBD and will be announced at a later date
