The "Orion Nebula M42/M43", in the Constellation Cygnus, never fails to impress. Here is my "obligatory" image from November 15, 2014 @ Mount Pearl, Newfoundland. This was taken with a CPC1100 (on a wedge), F6.3 reducer/corrector and a Canon 6D (unmodified). Autoguiding using ED80, QHY5LII-mono and PHD2. Images captured with assistance of BackYardEOS. Stack of 21, 60 second subs @ 800iso. Stacked and processed using PixInsight. Click on image for larger photo. |
